Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY

BELOW ARE OUR POLICIES REGARDING REFUNDS, CREDITS, APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS AND SERVICE ACCESS LIMITS.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE OR MODIFY THESE POLICIES AT ANY TIME AND IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION. IF WE MAKE CHANGES TO THESE TERMS, THE DATE OF THE CHANGE WILL BE NOTED AT THE TOP OF THIS PAGE. YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THE SERVICES FOLLOWING OUR NOTICE OF THE AMENDED TERMS WILL CONFIRM YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE AMENDED TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE AMENDED TERMS, YOU MAY NOT CONTINUE ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES.

  • A Refund of half of the payment for the 90-Day Magnetic Man Coaching Program is available if you’ve done the following but aren’t satisfied:
    • Participated in the program for at least 30 Days
    • Provided Kristen with all the necessary information she requested to be able to properly do her job
    • Attended all of the Zoom Coaching sessions
    • Completed worksheets and homework throughout the 30 days
    • Gave the program a fair chance and earnestly participated
    • You also agree to surrender (not use and/or return) any products or Dating Profile Makeovers or Dating Profile lines, photos, answers to prompts that were provided to you by Kristen contingent on Copyright violations
  • All coaching program purchases are able to be refund up to 48 hours after purchase. After 48 hours, refunds are not available under any circumstance.
  • The purchaser/client is allowed one cancellation with the ability to reschedule for another appointment in the same week as the original appointment. The only exception is unless the appointment was originally scheduled to take place on a Friday, then that appointment can be made up the following week. After one cancellation, the purchaser/client agrees to forfeit their appointment or session with no reschedule option and no refund will be granted.
  • There are no refunds available for downloadable Guides
  • If you are not happy with the coaching you have received from Kristen, you will not receive a refund but can receive digital content as a replacement.
  • A failure to pay an installment payment related to any of the services may result in immediate suspension or termination of all Services with no refund granted. To maintain access to your account and all corresponding Services, your account and payments must be current and in good standing for all programs and Services for which you have registered.
  • In the event an error in charges, we will correct said error and revise your order accordingly if necessary.
  • If you purchase a service and decide you would like to exchange it for a different one if it has not yet been rendered, you may exchange it for a service of equal or lesser value, however the charged price will remain the same. If the value of the new service desired is below the value of the service purchased, payment of the difference is required
  • If you purchase a coaching program, you have up to 90 days to start it from the purchase date. After 90 days, the service becomes null and void. No refunds will be granted.
  • If you have a discount code and neglected to enter it at checkout, you can repurchase the item/service/product with the discount code. Once the new order is received, you will be sent a refund of the initial purchase.
  • There is a one-use limit per discount code. In the event you used the discount code more than once, you will be asked to repurchase without the discount code and you’ll be issued a refund for the invalid purchase once the correct payment is made.
  • Certain Services are ongoing subscriptions (“Subscriptions”). By enrolling in a Subscription program, you agree that a Subscription fee will be billed at the price you agreed to when subscribing to the payment you provide for the then-current Subscription period on a recurring basis until you cancel. If you do not wish for your account to renew automatically, or if you want to change or cancel your Subscription, please email [email protected]. If you cancel within the first 30 days of the subscription, you will not be issued a refund for the first 30 days, but you will incur no further charges after the 30 days.
