• The purchaser/client is allowed one cancellation with the ability to reschedule. After one cancellation, the purchaser/client agrees to forfeit their appointment or session with no reschedule option and no refund will be granted.
• A failure to pay an installment payment related to any of the services may result in immediate suspension or termination of all Services with no refund granted.

USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

• Introduce to the services any virus or other harmful material;
• Engage in any harassing, stalking, threatening, predatory or intimidating behavior;
• Contact Kristen for anything other than professional purposes. Communication outside the purview of the professional service is limited to the scheduled hours of approved coaching sessions. Further communication outside the scheduled hours shall be limited to email communication if necessary for follow up questions, clarification and further instruction, etc;
• Record coaching sessions whether by phone, Zoom or any face-to-face communication without prior authorized consent;
• Reproduce or share any content or ideas from Kristen and Chill Dating, LLC without exclusive permission by Kristen.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

The client agrees and understands that by purchasing any services or products from Kristen and Chill Dating that they are fully responsible for their mental and physical wellbeing during the coaching sessions or consumption of products or advice given by Kristen and Chill, LLC. and any choices, actions or decisions made before, during or after engaging with/working with Kristen and Chill Dating, LLC.

RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY FOR COACHING SERVICES

The purchaser of the service(s) thereby releases, waives, acquits and forever discharges the coach, any agents, successors, assigns, personal representatives, executors, heirs and employees from any claim, suit action, demand or right to compensation for damages they may claim to have or that they may have arising out of acts or omissions by themself or by the coach as a result of the advice given or otherwise resulting from the coaching relationship.
